Hybrid Training
The 200HR Progressive Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Perth combines live practice with online theory. Live sessions take place at Energy Cntr Yoga, Perth, while theory modules—covering anatomy, energetics, philosophy, and business—are held on Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday.
To support students online experience, this training is supported by our online student platform, a dedicated space to stay connected throughout your journey. Here you’ll find everything you need — from Zoom links, manuals, and recordings to a community chat where you can share insights and connect with fellow trainees.
Attendance Requirements

Up to 20 contact hours can be missed and made up through approved assignments.

Recordings are available for up to 2 anatomy sessions, 3 energetics sessions, and 3 philosophy/business sessions, so you can catch up at your own pace without missing key content.
This structure allows you to fully participate while balancing other commitments, ensuring a rich and supportive learning experience.
