ABOUT SIMONE

Owner & Yoga Teacher

Movement has shaped my life—from gymnastics to yoga, I’ve always been drawn to physical expression. My practice deepened 11 years ago when I found a dedicated studio, but I craved a modern, functional approach. That’s when I discovered Patrick Beach and Carling Harps, whose teachings redefined how I move and teach today.

With 350+ hours of training, including 200hr YTT, Mobility & Asana, and Advanced Adjustments, I built Energy Cntr Yoga to be the studio I always searched for, where movement is intelligent, strength meets softness, and community comes first.

My classes are inspired by my own practice and deep love for movement, drawing from the Awakening Yoga System to create dynamic, creative, and purposeful flows.

The goal? A practice that works for you, in and out of the studio.

More than anything, I believe yoga is about connection to yourself, to the present, and the people around you.
