Join Patrick Beach in Perth, AUS, for a 4-day in-person yoga training designed for teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their practice and refine their teaching. This advanced course integrates asana, vinyasa, functional movement, and student-centered adjustments to help you see the body with fresh eyes and expand your approach to yoga practice.

Through theory, daily practice, and practical application, you’ll explore how postures can adapt to meet individual needs, building strength, awareness, and comfort in your teaching and personal practice. The emphasis is on connection and awareness, not rigid alignment—creating space for authentic expression and growth.

What to Expect

Daily Practice & Reflection
Start each day with asana, pranayama, meditation, and vinyasa practice to embody the role of both student and teacher.

Lecture & Demonstration
Dive into asana mechanics, functional movement principles, and yoga anatomy to better understand how poses look, feel, and support the body.

Body Reading & Assessments
Learn how to observe posture and movement patterns, identify common challenges, and offer meaningful support through verbal cues, props, and hands-on techniques.

Practical Application
Engage in small-group exercises that develop confidence in yoga adjustments, personalized teaching methods, and sequencing.

Real-Time Feedback
