Lauren is a passionate Pilates instructor and a uni student (studying Exercise and Sports Science). As she finished up her competitive dance training 4 years ago, she found (and fell in love with) Pilates. Finding enjoyment through movement has been a key aspect of finding balance in Lauren’s life, and something she wants to share with others.
Lauren’s classes are always open level, meaning that everyone will be able to find movement in a way that suits them and their specific needs. She aims to provide a holistic class that challenges balance and coordination whilst strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility and mobility, all the aspects to set you up for a longevity and functional day-to-day life.

Sophie loves to bring a balance of challenge, creativity and softening into yoga practice. Helping you to meet yourself where you are in your mind and body today, her own yoga journey began over 20 years ago, initially attracted by improving flexibility, but soon got hooked by the meditative aspects of this powerful practice.
Following health challenges with burnout and anxiety in her previous corporate career, she deepened her practice and moved into teaching flow, yin and restorative yoga.Coming to her own mat for her physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, she loves to support others to bring in balance through mindful movement and breath.
She’s also a health and wellness coach, mum, dog and cat mum, and artist.
With over 20 years of experience as an Ashtanga practitioner and more than 8 years of teaching Vinyasa and children’s yoga, Tash brings a rich, diverse approach to the mat.
She’s also a dedicated strength and conditioning enthusiast, a trained pranic healer, a mum to three beautiful kids, and when she’s not in the studio, you might find her immersed in her other passion—designing and building spaces through architecture.
Tash is a 300hr certified children’s yoga teacher and an alignment-based Vinyasa teacher with additional studies in Functional Yoga Anatomy, myofascial meridians, and postural imbalances. Her classes blend strength and softness—focusing on functional alignment, joint stability, mobility, and core strength to help support the demands of our modern lifestyles. Expect breathwork, mindfulness, and a flowing, thoughtful practice that not only moves the body but also helps activate the nervous system’s rest-and-restore response.
Tash has taught students from ages 3 to 76 in private sessions, mainstream and specialist schools, and group settings. She’s passionate about empowering people of all ages and abilities to develop a deeper connection to themselves, and to discover tools that support long-term physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
Her philosophy is simple and powerful: yoga is a lifelong journey. A practice that helps us come home to ourselves again and again—through breath, awareness, and movement. Her goal is to inspire students to live from the heart, grounded in presence and self-love.
Sanna Ansaldo is an experienced yoga teacher and movement practitioner whose teaching is grounded in depth, discipline, and curiosity. Originally from Sweden and now based in Perth, she has been immersed in yoga since 2015 and teaching for over seven years across studios in Europe and Southeast Asia.
With more than 1,000 hours of teacher training, Sanna brings a strong foundation in yogic philosophy, anatomy, and intelligent sequencing. Her classes are known for being thoughtfully structured, physically challenging yet accessible, and rooted in an approach that invites students to deepen both their practice and self-awareness.
Rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, Sanna’s practice is also informed by her training across a wide range of movement disciplines, including Barre, Animal Flow, dance, gymnastics, partner acrobatics, and Thai boxing. These influences support a teaching style that is dynamic and precise, with a strong emphasis on strength, mobility, coordination, and embodied presence.

Dinana’s journey into movement began in her youth when her parents enrolled her in a local gymnastics club. This early exposure ignited her passion, leading her to explore a myriad of sports, from gymnastics and martial arts to rock climbing and skiing.
Driven by her adventurous spirit, Dinana ventured to Canada as a teenager and later to Australia, where she discovered a profound connection to yoga and dance. These practices infused her life with rhythm and flow, becoming integral to her personal growth and well-being.
In Dinana’s classes, students can expect to explore a fusion of shapes and transitions, engaging in a meditative dance where body and mind harmonize. Through her guidance, students experience blissful states of presence that resonate long after the practice ends, enriching their lives with newfound vitality and peace.
Maya is a yoga and meditation teacher based in Boorloo, offering a range of class styles to all beings and bodies. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Power Flows, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing.

Maya’s teaching style is rooted in slower, breath-led movements with emphasise on cultivating a sense of inner peace and quiet within. She is passionate about weaving together mindful movement, breath, sound, essential oils and even food, to create a deeper sense of self connection and exploration. Having experienced first hand the benefits of yoga and pranayama to assist with high level anxiety and demotivation, for it was when Maya practiced yoga for the first time and witnessed the teacher invite students to be so kind and compassionate to their bodies.
Maya intends to pass on the same sentiment and creates a safe space for her students to connect with their inner most peace away from the noise of the outside world- to tune inwards so we can tune out.
First finding Yoga in 2013 as a way to cope with chronic pain and spinal injuries, Yoga was the beginning of the physical healing process and soon became Kristine’s catalyst to embrace a new way of living.
An avid storyteller at heart with an artistic, inquisitive nature, Kristine is known for her lovingly crafted offerings that create a space for the practitioner to explore their unlimited potential and true self.
Believing that Yoga is a practice to be felt and experienced through consistent disciplined practice and self study. Known for her creative and intelligent sequencing, Kristine is passionate about sharing yoga in a way that is inclusive; through expert direction and accessible movement interwoven with heartfelt mythology and teachings that invite self acceptance, understanding and nourishment.
Kristine has completed over 1000 hrs of training in various styles of Yoga, participating in training/practices in Canada, Australia, India and Hong Kong.
Resonating deeply with the teachings of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, these teachings form the foundation from which Kristine shares the practice of Yoga from.
Based in Perth, Western Australia she has been Lead Facilitator for 200/300hr Yoga Teacher Trainings and continues to offer workshops, retreats and continuing education courses on a variety of Yogic subjects nationally and internationally.
Considering herself first and foremost a forever student, Kristine continues her personal studies under the guidance of Philosophy teacher Sudhir Rishi, Creature Yoga, Anatomical studies through Anatomy Trains and continues to integrate the various teachings of Yoga into modern day life.
As a teacher Tara wants to assist her students in cultivating a connection to their breath and bodies in a mindful way. Tara believes yoga is for all shapes and welcomes all abilities, she hopes you leave her class with a sense of gratitude, confidence and a smile.
Originally from the UK, Tara moved to Perth at the end of 2019 to live by the ocean. She came to discover yoga 9 years ago while at University studying art. She found the mental and physical benefits of yoga to be healing and inspiring and has kept it in her life ever since.
Today Tara teaches a grounded but strong yoga class, remembering it’s not about how we look, but how we feel. She likes to challenge her students in a supportive way, creating space for them to grow their personal practice

I started my yoga journey as a way to manage scoliosis pain, and from the very first class, I was hooked. The combination of breath, movement, and stillness opened a door to something far deeper than just physical relief—it became a passion, a way of living.
As a Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, and Oss yoga teacher, as well as a sports nutritionist, I’m deeply committed to guiding others on their own journey of discovery, both on and off the mat. With over four years of teaching experience, I strive to offer a practice that’s not only functional but also inspiring, blending mobility, flexibility, and strength with a creative vibe and energetic flows.
Sita is a fierce & loving Latina, always up for an adventure. She loves to teach meditative flows but is always keen for a good sweaty power sesh to revitalise and kick off!
Having lived in India for 15 years & traveled around the world before moving to Perth, Sita is deeply spiritual and full of stories to share.
Off the yoga mat, you will find Sita either preparing food, or devouring it! You could say the way to her heart is through her stomach.
