Mariana believes yoga is a tool to uncover more about your body and your true self. Whether you’re moving, breathing, or simply being still, Mariami wants to help you create space for more energy, comfort, and joy in your life.

I started my yoga journey as a way to manage scoliosis pain, and from the very first class, I was hooked. The combination of breath, movement, and stillness opened a door to something far deeper than just physical relief—it became a passion, a way of living.

As a Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, and Oss yoga teacher, as well as a sports nutritionist, I’m deeply committed to guiding others on their own journey of discovery, both on and off the mat. With over four years of teaching experience, I strive to offer a practice that’s not only functional but also inspiring, blending mobility, flexibility, and strength with a creative vibe and energetic flows.

Sita is a fierce & loving Latina, always up for an adventure. She loves to teach meditative flows but is always keen for a good sweaty power sesh to revitalise and kick off!

Having lived in India for 15 years & traveled around the world before moving to Perth, Sita is deeply spiritual and full of stories to share.

Off the yoga mat, you will find Sita either preparing food, or devouring it! You could say the way to her heart is through her stomach.

Kate’s been practicing yoga for over a decade, but it was through her own mental health journey that she discovered just how life-changing the practice could be.

I am the proud Mum to three gorgeous girls. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, but it wasn’t until I started struggling with my mental health several months ago, that it truly changed my life.

For me, yoga is not just about the benefits to your body (although these are amazing!), it’s how it benefits your mind. How it makes you feel! It’s what it teaches us off the mat, that I love the most.

Yoga allows us to slow down and turn our attention inwards, noticing what’s serving us and what’s not.

It’s a beautiful journey of self-exploration and discovery, and one that I feel forever grateful to have started.

Hayleys connection to yoga stems from the heart, she delved deep into the practice in 2017 and never looked back.

In 2021, Hayley discovered Pilates and couldn’t believe how much she had underestimated the practice, it really is the gift that keeps on giving.

The community that is built within pilates and yoga plays a big role in Hayley’s life and to her, is one of the most important aspects of both practices.

Hayleys aim for her classes, is to get people out of their mind and into their bodies, whether that be through burning pilates pulses or a flowing vinyasa. Her classes are created with a mindful approach, by weaving breath, movement, awareness practices and music, students are able to build strength and flexibility and leave class with a sense of feeling centred and grounded.

Camey brings a curious, heartfelt energy to her classes, creating a space where movement becomes a form of connection, challenge, and self-love.

Camey Lee – Growing up I used to dance, I always felt drawn to movement, fast forward three years ago I went to my first yoga class, I knew this is what I would love to do and offer the world.

I’m passionate about exploring the body in an anatomical approach, challenging yourself, connecting to your body through movement and breath, along with creating a space for others that is safe to explore and connect with yourself on the mat.

I love that feeling of expansion and calmness in your mind and body after each yoga practice, to me it’s a form of self-love, and being able to guide others is such a dream come true for me!

Can’t wait to be in this beautiful space, and connect with you all.
