Sanna Ansaldo is an experienced yoga teacher and movement practitioner whose teaching is grounded in depth, discipline, and curiosity. Originally from Sweden and now based in Perth, she has been immersed in yoga since 2015 and teaching for over seven years across studios in Europe and Southeast Asia.
With more than 1,000 hours of teacher training, Sanna brings a strong foundation in yogic philosophy, anatomy, and intelligent sequencing. Her classes are known for being thoughtfully structured, physically challenging yet accessible, and rooted in an approach that invites students to deepen both their practice and self-awareness.
Rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, Sanna’s practice is also informed by her training across a wide range of movement disciplines, including Barre, Animal Flow, dance, gymnastics, partner acrobatics, and Thai boxing. These influences support a teaching style that is dynamic and precise, with a strong emphasis on strength, mobility, coordination, and embodied presence.
At the heart of Sanna’s teaching is the belief that yoga is a powerful and accessible tool for self-study, resilience, and transformation. She encourages students to meet themselves honestly on the mat, move beyond habitual limits, and cultivate a practice that supports both inner steadiness and outer strength.
