Sophie loves to bring a balance of challenge, creativity and softening into yoga practice. Helping you to meet yourself where you are in your mind and body today, her own yoga journey began over 20 years ago, initially attracted by improving flexibility, but soon got hooked by the meditative aspects of this powerful practice.
Following health challenges with burnout and anxiety in her previous corporate career, she deepened her practice and moved into teaching flow, yin and restorative yoga.Coming to her own mat for her physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, she loves to support others to bring in balance through mindful movement and breath.
She’s also a health and wellness coach, mum, dog and cat mum, and artist.
