Vinyasa Flow is an intuitive and interpretive style of yoga where no two classes are the same. Rooted in the meaning of “to move with purpose,” Vinyasa invites you to move mindfully—honouring your body and breath in each moment.

This breath-led practice builds strength, flexibility, and balance through fluid, purposeful movement. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up, gradually unfolding into a continuous sequence of sun salutations, standing postures, twists, backbends,
